No it happened before that, it was working fine and then just stopped working so I was trying to fix it.

I think it is disabled (this will explain why the activity LEDs are off) or it is completely out of order on everything if enabling or disabling the chipset via Setup does not work

Yes when I enable it there is still nothing, I think it is completely dead.

hi
I tried to recover the backup made before the upgrade. in the NVM folder I have the files Dump.bin and dump.eep.
but when I run the command: EEUPDATEW64e.exe /nic=1 /d NVM\dump.bin I get the following error: Image size larger than flash size, aborting!
why?

Try doing a UEUPDATEW64e/? to see if an other command is not needed
